1. General

By placing an order with Red Dog Overland, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions, reach out to us at reddogoverland@gmail.com before ordering — we're always happy to help you find the right product.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are custom or made-to-order, including but not limited to custom stickers, patches, apparel, and 3D printed parts. Because these items are produced specifically for you, all custom and made-to-order sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production has begun.

Please double-check all customization details, sizing, and vehicle fitment information before submitting your order.

3. 3D Printed Products

Red Dog Overland proudly offers 3D printed parts and accessories. By their nature, 3D printed products may exhibit the following characteristics, which are considered normal and are not considered defects:

  • Minor layer lines or surface texture variations

  • Small imperfections in finish or surface smoothness

  • Slight dimensional variance within acceptable manufacturing tolerances

  • Minor warping or shrinkage that does not affect the function of the product

These characteristics are inherent to the 3D printing process and do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund. If you have questions about what to expect from a specific 3D printed product, contact us before purchasing.

4. Color Variations

Screen Settings: Product colors displayed on our website are as accurate as possible, however colors may appear differently depending on your device's screen settings, brightness, resolution, and color calibration. Red Dog Overland is not responsible for color variations between what is displayed on your screen and the physical product received. This does not constitute a defect and is not grounds for a return or exchange.

Vehicle Age & Surface Condition: For products such as stickers, decals, and vinyl, color matching to your specific vehicle is not guaranteed. Paint colors vary by vehicle year, model, trim, sun fading, and prior repairs. It is the customer's responsibility to account for their vehicle's specific color condition prior to purchasing. Red Dog Overland is not liable for color mismatches resulting from vehicle age, fading, or variation.

5. Fitment & Compatibility

All product descriptions include fitment and compatibility information specific to vehicle make, model, year, and trim where applicable. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to read all product descriptions in full and verify fitment before placing an order.

Red Dog Overland is not responsible for products that do not fit a customer's vehicle due to:

  • Failure to read or verify fitment information provided in the product listing

  • Vehicle modifications that affect standard fitment

  • Model year variations or regional vehicle differences

  • Prior damage or non-factory alterations to the vehicle

Orders that do not fit due to any of the above reasons are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Red Dog Overland stands behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our small-batch and custom business, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a verified manufacturer defect.

The following are not grounds for a return or exchange:

  • Dislike of a color after receiving the product

  • Color variation due to screen settings or vehicle condition

  • Incorrect fitment due to failure to read product descriptions

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • 3D printing surface characteristics as described in Section 3

What qualifies as a manufacturer defect: A manufacturer defect is defined as a flaw in materials or workmanship that renders the product non-functional or significantly different from what was described and photographed in the product listing. Defects must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence sent to reddogoverland@gmail.com.

If a valid defect is confirmed, Red Dog Overland will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for the defective item.

7. Shipping

Red Dog Overland is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been handed off. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us so we can assist in filing a claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

Red Dog Overland reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
